I know how he feels. When I lived on Pine St. in Oregon Hill we (and by we I mean Keith Browne) put all kinds of holes in the walls along with other random damage to the property. When it was time to move out we also had a "lot of work to do before leaving." Good luck G.W. and get moving... those holes in the walls from that Tequila bender are not going to patch themselves.
